08/10/2026 Cat Deeley has opened up about her ‘sleepless nights’ and admitted she can find herself ‘spiralling’, one year on from her shock split from Patrick Kielty. The This Morning presenter and Late Late Show host stunned fans when they announced last July that they had decided to end their marriage after almost 13 years together.

The couple, who married in Rome in September 2012, continue to co-parent their two sons, Milo, 10, and James, eight. Cat Deeley. Pic: ITV Speaking to The Sun , Cat, 49, admitted that she worries about her children more now and sometimes finds herself lying awake at night thinking about their futures.

‘I probably worry about the kids more now than I did then [when they were younger]. I just want them to be happy, and I tend to worry a little bit too much,’ she confessed. Cat went on to reveal that her worries can spiral when she cannot sleep.
