According to updated data, disease monitoring teams identified 4,995 suspected cases across district hospitals, with 21 cases recorded in October alone. To enforce vector control, 1,400 field teams consisting of 415 outdoor and 985 indoor surveillance personnel achieved a 97 percent coverage rate across 17,859 registered hotspots, inspecting over 5.42 million houses and 1.87 million commercial sites.

Surveillance reports revealed severe larva density in peri-urban and cantonment sectors, with Kulyal Potohar Town recording a peak Breteau Index of 309.85, followed by Chaklala Cantonment 22.4, Takhat Pari 20.03 and Rawalpindi Cantonment 17.74.
