Resident Dan Bruce bought a split-level new-build property there in 2019 for £850,000. The block and the homes within it are now plagued by damp and mould.

Plaster has fallen from the ceiling or peeled from the walls. Owing to the defects, the property has lost all of its value. Bruce has racked up £500,000 in legal, professional and engineering costs.
