Driving keeps several elements from the original Crazy Taxi games, including high-speed passenger deliveries, drifting, jumps, and earning money against the clock. Players can also acquire and customize different vehicles. Alongside the story-driven campaign, Crazy Taxi: World Tour includes an Arcade Mode based around the series’ traditional timed format.
Players try to earn as much money as possible by completing passenger fares before time runs out. Multiplayer is also planned, including several modes supporting competition against friends and online players. Cross-platform multiplayer will be supported.
Crazy Taxi: World Tour launches in 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, Steam , PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
