Under the changes announced Tuesday, Michel Chebat will serve as minister of national security, energy and ports.

Ramon Cervantes has been appointed minister of public utilities, logistics and solid waste management, while Ramiro Ramirez will remain as minister of state. Osmond Martinez has been appointed minister of economic transformation. Henry Charles Usher will take up the substantive post as minister with responsibility for enterprise.
Briceño also thanked Julius Espat for his work as interim minister of home affairs. The changes were announced by the prime minister on Oct. 6.
